本专题探索如何利用教育元宇宙(Metaverse)技术,创造超越地理边界的深度跨文化学习体验。它不仅关注虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)技术及多模态交互(Multimodal interaction)技术的应用,更致力于研究如何在这些持久、共享的3D虚拟空间中,设计促进文化理解、全球协作和语言交流的社会化学习活动和线索,并建设支持学习者持续互动和协作的虚拟社区(Virtual Community)。征稿范围涵盖跨文化沉浸式学习的理论研究、教学策略设计、虚拟空间互动与体验设计、学习成效评估,以及促进全球学习者平等参与的实践与方法。我们尤其欢迎关注如何在文化、语言、性别及身心能力等方面实现虚拟的、多模态交互学习空间的包容性,并通过虚拟社区增强学习者的社会参与感和协作体验。
This session explores how the educational Metaverse can be leveraged to create deep, cross-cultural learning experiences that transcend geographical boundaries. It focuses not only on the application of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and multimodal interaction technologies, but also on how to design social learning activities and cues within these persistent, shared 3D virtual spaces, as well as building virtual communities that support sustained learner interaction and collaboration. The call for papers encompasses theoretical research on cross-cultural collaborative learning, instructional design strategies, virtual space interaction and experience design, assessment of learning outcomes, and practices or methods that promote equitable participation for global learners. Submissions addressing inclusivity—ensuring virtual, multimodal interactive learning spaces are accessible across cultural, linguistic, gender, and physical dimensions—and the enhancement of social presence and collaboration through virtual communities are particularly encouraged.

Organizer Introduction

 

朱芳芳,江南大学人文学院、江湖“互联网+教育”研究基地讲师,主要研究方向涵盖情感分析、教育心理学、认知神经科学以及协作学习等。主持多项省部级科研项目,在Educational Psychology Review、Active Learning in Higher Education、Journal of Computer Assisted Learning等期刊发表SSCI、CSSCI论文十余篇,兼任《Education and Information Technologies》《Educational Technology Research and Development》《Interactive Learning Environments》等SSCI期刊审稿人。
Zhu Fangfang, Lecturer at the School of Humanities, Jiangsu “Internet plus Education” Research Center, Jiangnan University, specializes in affective analysis, educational psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and collaborative learning. She has led multiple provincial- and ministerial-level research projects and has published more than ten SSCI- and CSSCI-indexed articles in journals such as Educational Psychology Review, Active Learning in Higher Education, and Journal of Computer Assisted Learning. She also serves as a reviewer for SSCI journals including Education and Information Technologies, Educational Technology Research and Development, Interactive Learning Environments.
