This Special Issue, titled “Educational and Information Technology Breakthroughs for Inclusive Learning”, focuses on the transformative potential of technological advancements to dismantle barriers, bridge disparities, and create learning environments that empower all learners.

Against a backdrop of global educational evolution—marked by diverse learning needs, remote and hybrid models, and the demand for personalized instruction—this Issue highlights how breakthroughs in educational and information technology are redefining what inclusive learning can achieve.
