♦Online presentation is acceptable if the author has the travel difficulty. Online Presentation Session will be arranged accordingly. 如果作者有旅行困难，可以接受在线演示的报告方式，请联系会务组提前登记

♦One regular registration can cover a paper within Six pages (IEEE Template), 10 pages (Springer Template) including all figures, tables, and references. 
♦One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE copy. Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author.
♦Additional paper precondition: The registered author should be the first author in both papers. 

 

IEEE No Show Policy
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

 

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by sending email to conference mailbox

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well

 

 

 

Notices

  • All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. All registered participants will receive admission to the lunches, and one conference gift.
  • For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one author of a paper should pay a full registration fee. Each additional paper may be included in the conference proceedings for an additional fee.
  • The attendee fee/Delegate includes admission to the conference presentation, lunches, and one conference gift.
    For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

Camera-ready Guidelines for Authors

1. Check carefully your submission information before you submit the Camera Ready.
2. You must submit registration file to conference secretary to finish the registration process before the registration deadline.
